What We Do

We bring joy to life-changing work through resourcing and supporting ownership of businesses serving the disabled community.

We seek industry-leading individuals with a desire to own their own company that lack the financial resources and the desire or ability to do it on their own.

Maybe a person has encountered obstacles to business ownership that have been holding them back from creating the business and the work environment that they crave. This is where Benita steps in—we guide that individual up and through these obstacles to get them where they need to be. We act as an aid to help launch, financially support, and resource the company for success, which means that we are there through every step of the way, far after a company has been established.

We focus on businesses supporting the Aged & Disabled community, the Developmental Disability community, and mental health/healthcare with residential and community supports. We desire to support businesses that provide clients with independence, dignity in care and quality of life.
